Land of Havoc v1.1
Heretic: Land of Havoc is a single map Heretic mod that Seidolon started back in April of 2014. It is a single player mod created for GZDoom. Attempting to run this mod any other way can be unpredictable and probably is not worth the time. This mod was originally going to be named "Island of Chaos", but I think there are already enough mods out there that go by "*something* of Chaos". This mod is heavily inspired by Serpent: Resurrection in terms of map design and the enemies.

All monsters and weapons should work correctly now. If some peeps could tell me what they thought, I'd be pretty psyched. If I do another version, it'll be after I remaster all the artifacts. But no plans for it actually happening. I just get urges to play heretic alot, and tend to mod when I do. Again, the mod's more for me, but feedback would be appreciated. Sneaking is now an option, as enemy LOS is greatly diminished. And there are some new behaviours to work with as well. I like exploring the world in ambience, only to get sprung upon by something unexpected.

With your experienced and discerning eye, you realize which "side" to take, and offer your services to some of the combatants around you, hoping to find a way back home.

Twisted is a 45-level megawad for Heretic: Shadow of the Serpent Riders. 27 levels are for single player (with 4 player cooperative support) and 18 levels are for deathmatch (4 players maximum). Additional information is included inside of the "moreinfo" text file. Installation instructions: Step 1: Unzip the twisted folder by right-clicking on it and choosing the "extract all" option. Step 2: Double-click the unzipped twisted folder. Copy and paste the twisted.wad file into your ZDoom folder. Step 3: Left-click the twisted.wad file and move it over ZDoom.exe. Select Heretic: Shadow of the Serpent Riders (HERETIC.WAD) to play Twisted if you have more than one Doom engine game IWAD in your ZDoom folder. Twisted was created by Macabre Conversions. Total development time: July 23rd, 2015 - November 23rd, 2015.

The story so far: (My intend with the plot is for it to take place after Heretic 2 and all) Corvus has been asked by the Sidhean council to investigate and locate the source of the unusually violent storms in the southern seas, since it's affecting the kingdom of Pathoris's ability to trade with a neighbouring kingdom in the southern seas. Much later on as Corvus sails on the southern seas a freak storm strikes his ship and sinks it, causing Corvus to wash up on an island that's not on any known sea chart....
